Registering with an existing password

When registering a new account or accepting an invitation, you'll be taken to the “Confirm your password” screen if you already have access to any of our products ( PayHero, Droppah, or Karmly) with the same email address.

Simply enter the password you already use and click Sign in with email, and your new invite will be joined to your existing access.

What if I've forgotten the password?

If you've forgotten the password you used previously, click Forgot Password? in the password field to request a reset.

You'll be taken to a confirmation screen. Click the Send Email button, then check your inbox for the password reset email.

You'll receive an email with a Reset Password button to proceed.

In the webpage that opens, set and confirm your new password. Passwords must be at least eight characters long, and both fields must match. Click Confirm to save your new password.

Once your password has been reset, navigate back to your account registration or invitation email and complete the registration with your new password.
